Steve was very friendly and professional! He arrived exactly on time and did a speedy and thorough job in our living room, dining room, and front entry. Our carpets look the best they have in years.

Steve did a through job on all my carpets, especially removing the spots in the rooms and the staircase. I will definitely use them again. Being a humid day, he suggested to leave the AC on for a few days to dry the carpets and that did the trick. Thanks Steve.
